intai am pornit cuptorul, la foc mediu, apoi am batut untul cu zaharul pana l-am zapacit :) dupa care l-am impreunat cu ouale, adaugate rand pe rand, cate unul, ca la scoala, pana ce am obtinut o crema omogena, albicioasa! In crema obtinuta adaugam laptele si incorporam faina cernuta si amestecata in prealabil cu praful de copt si sarea! ... acum e momentul sa adaugam pudra de migdale si piureul de zmeura (zmeura pisata)!<br />

si gata, umplem formele, coacem pt aproximativ 45 minute, la foc mediu, pe treapta din mijloc! se scot pe un gratar si se lasa la racit, timp in care preparam crema!<br />

preincalzeste cuptorul treapta 1 sau 2 (~140 grade) pentru ca bezeaua trebuie musai sa ramana alba, nu maronie :)<br />

trebuie batute bine bine albusurile pana devin spumoase si pufoase ca norisorii, dupa care adaugam, treptat, zaharul pudra si mixam in continuare pana devine o pasta extraordinar de batoasa, sclipicioasa si alba ca zapada din povesti :) moment in care adaugam si amidonul, mai mixam putin si incoporam otetul!<br />

intr-o tava intinsa, tapetata cu hartie de copt, asezam frumusel si cu grija, fara sa o deranjam prea tare, minunata pasta de bezea, sub forma unui cerc - cilindru :) inalt de ~ 3 degete! bezeaua se va mari putin si la copt asa ca foloseste o tava suficient de larga! eu am folosit tava cuptorului! se coace pe treapta din mijloc, pentru fix 60 minute, la 130-140 grade Celsius!<br />

dupa aceste 60 minute deschidem usa cuptorului, insa lasam bezeaua acolo, sa se raceasca complet!<br />

se orneaza cu un strat de frisca si fructe proaspete sau chiar ciocolata! eu am profitat si am plantat deasupra frisca amestecata cu piure de zmeura peste care am asezat, ordonat, felii de smochine proaspete si zmeura delicioasa! aveti aici un filmulet cu procedeul de montare pentru baza de bezea chiar daca e <a href="http://youtu.be/gCRxOXSvCkM">pavlova</a> cu ciocolata! arata atat de bine incat mi-am propus sa o pregatesc in curand! :)<br />

Atentie: cartofii nu trebuie fierti 100%, caci trebuie decojiti, taiati cuburi, unsi cu putin unt si bagati la cuptor, la foc iute (de sus) ca sa se rumeneasca putin sau macar sa faca o crusta usor crocanta! asezonam cu putin patrunjel tocat maruntel!<br />

frigem calamarii, presarati cu putina sare, pe gratar sau direct intro tigaie de teflon, stropita cu 1lgt de ulei!<br />

200g + 120g zahar pudra (daca e vanilat e si mai bine), 50 g unt + 50 ml ulei, 1 praf de copt, 2 oua, 80-100g migdale maruntite si 370g faina, putina coaja rasa de lamaie sau portocala (optional) si 1 lg esenta de migdale<br />

* pot fi folosite foarte bine si alune de padure, nuci sau orice alta "samanta minune" ai la indemana<br />

se incalzeste untul, impreuna cu uleiul, la microunde, pana se topeste si se pune deoparte, dupa care se bat ouale cu 200g zahar pudra pana devin usor cremoase! Acesta este momentul in care trebuie sa adaugi esenta si coaja de citrice urmand sa amesteci in compozitie untul cu uleiul deja pregatite, turnand cate putin!<br />
faina amestecata cu praful de copt si pudra de migdale trebuie incorporata in compozitia de mai sus fapt care te va conduce catre un aluat nu tocmai vascos si "obisnuit" :) ca doar e vorba de biscuiti marocani, nu?<br />
<br />
infasori aluatul in folie alimentara si-l lasi frumusel la frigider, pentru 45-50 minute sa-i vina mintile la cap :))<br />
intre timp te asiguri ca ai cuptorul preincalzit, la foc mic spre mediu si incepi sa pregatesti deliciosii biscuiti formand bile, cu mana, cat o nuca; bile pe care le tavalesti pana le zapacesti in zaharul pudra ramas si le asezi ordonat intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, avand grija sa lasi ~ 2-3 cm spatiu intre ele, sa aiba loc sa se intinda frumusel! inainte de a-i baga la cuptor presezi putin fiecare biluta (practic le turtesti putin) si le bagi la cuptor pentru 18-22 minute, nu mai mult si desi vor fi putin moi, stai linistita, in cateva minute se vor intari exact cum si cat trebuie!<br />

opresti o bila de aluat cat o rosie medie si din restul de alut pe planseta tapetata cu faina intinzi o foaie rotunda de aproximativ 24 cm diametru si o asezi frumusel si delicat intr-o tava de tarta, avand grija sa acoperi si peretii (<i>asta inseamna ca tava are 22 cm diametru</i>)<br />

dupa modelul "una calda, una rece" ii aplicam aluatului deja intins in tarta cateva intepaturi bune, ca sa stie cine-i seful :) si-o bagam la congelator pentru aproximativ 15 minute, timp in care incingem cuptorul si pregatim dovleacul<br />

cuburile deja taiate se arunca-ntr-o tigaie incinsa in care asteapta cuminte nitel unt, si-l lasam asa sa se innabuse! daca simti ca e nevoie (pt ca nu are deloc zeama) ii poti adauga 5-6 linguri de apa, pentru ca nu vrem sa-l prajim ci doar sa-l inmuiem!<br />

dupa ce se topeste de dragul tau :) ii poti oferi o recompensa de dulce si-i torni tot zaharul dintr-o miscare amestecand cu grija pana la topire dupa care ii alinti sufletelul cu frisca si-l mai lasi sa fiarba la foc mic vreo 4-5 minute, cat sa se incorporeze perfect!<br />

scoti tarta si o bagi la cuptor, pe treapta din mijloc, la foc mediu pt aproximativ 10-12 minute, insa abia dupa ce ai acoperit-o cu hartie de copt peste care ai turnat boabe uscate care sa opuna rezistenta si sa nu o lase sa creasca mai mult decat are voie :)<br />

dupa 12 minute scoti hartia si boabele (eu am folosit orez, ca nu aveam altceva) si o mai lasi inca 5 minute sa se rumeneasca un picut<br />

eeeeeee, acum e momentul in care decizi ce faci cu el! ... cum cu cine? cu dovleacul, normal :) il mananci de viu, va faceti de cap sau il casatoresti cu tarta deja imbujorata :))<br />

pentru compozitie se toaca marunt legumele si se amesteca impreuna cu restul ingredientelor!<br />

se aseaza in tava direct peste aluat dupa care se orneaza cu cateva fasii de aluat, sub forma de grilaj!<br />

trebuie coapta aproximativ 45 minute, in cuptorul preincalzit, la foc mediu!<br />
este gata cand marginile sunt desprinse de peretii tavii si tarta e rumenita frumos!<br />

siropul de dude e exagerat de delicios :)) si pe langa culoarea deosebita a acestor biscuiti a mai contribuit si cu o aroma fina, suava de fructe mult prea rar intalnite la oras!<br />

se bate bine oul si se amesteca cu zaharul pana devine o pasta albicioasa, dupa care se adauga untul moale deja de la atata companie :) si se amesteca bine (merge si cu telul) pana se incorporeaza perfect si abia apoi adaugam praful de copt amestecat cu faina cernuta!<br />

separam aluatul in 2 parti egale, una dintre ele urmand a fi aromata cu vanilie (ii faci o gaura in mijloc si continui a-l amesteca pana se incorporeaza perfect)!<br />
procedam la fel si cu a doua parte de aluat in care adaugam de aceasta data 2-3 linguri de sirop de dude!<br />

formam 2 bile de aluat, una alba si una rosie, infasurate in folie alimentara si le lasam cumintele in frigider pentru 30 minute!<br />

transformam printr-o magie bilele in foi subtirele de aproximativ un degetel grosime si o cuplam frumusel pe cea alba cu foaia de aluat rosu! (asezam rosu peste alb ca sa fim siguri ca la coacere, rozul primului strat nu-si schimba culoarea)!<br />

<b>Ingrediente: </b><br />
1 saculet de scoici (midii) deja curatate ~ 1 kg, 5 rosii, 2-3 graunti de usturoi, cateva frunze proaspete de busuioc, 2-3 lg ulei masline, sare, piper si un praf de cimbrisor<br />
<br />
am zdrobit usturoiul si l-am calit putin in uleiul de masline dupa care am adaugat rosiile decojite si taiate cubulete, impreuna cu condimentele de mai sus, lasand sa fiarba la foc mic spre mediu!<br />
<br />
in tot acest timp, intr-un vas (suficient de mare) cu apa clocotita si un praf de sare am adaugat midiile spalate in prealabil, si le-am lasat doar 1 minut, dupa care le-am scurs bine si s<br />
le-am adaugat peste sosul de rosii!<br />
<br />
in maxim 5 minute din acest punct sunt gata de servire! Aproape de final adauga si busuiocul taiat maruntel!<br />
*scoicile care nu s-au deschis au fost inlaturate ;)<br />

o reteta atat de simpla, dar atat de speciala si de savuroasa ... mmmmm, te lingi pe degete, la propriu ;)<br />
